Hi, I’m Nayeli, a ceramic artist blending modern design with the rich traditions of Mexican culture.

I create handmade mugs, plates, and bowls that bring heritage and contemporary style together in everyday objects.

2023–2025: A Journey in Clay
Over these three years, I explored the balance between form and function through handmade mugs, bowls, plates and more. Every piece reflects a moment in time—shaped by hand, glazed with intention, and made to be part of daily life

Outside the studio, I’m all about living life to the fullest—exploring new places, spending time with my family, hiking, soaking up the energy of concerts and festivals, and capturing it all through photography. Everything I experience inspires what I create, both with clay and with my camera.

I will be completing my degree this spring semester, where I have developed a strong foundation in both traditional and contemporary ceramic techniques.

My academic journey has allowed me to explore a variety of ceramic practices, from wheel throwing to hand-building and glazing. This hands-on experience has deepened my appreciation for the ceramic arts and fueled my desire to help others develop their craft in a collaborative studio setting
